Scanrad SC R8 Marine Tank Gauging Radar System

Scanrad SC R8 Marine Tank Gauging Radar System

Scanrad SC R8 is a high accuracy 80Ghz FMCW radar tank level transmitter typically applied to Cargo tanks

It is also equally suited for general industrial application.

The compact design of the tank radar requires only a DN80 flanged mount, with no intrusion into the tank and a complete PTFE faced transducer it is resistant to the build up and condensation that can affect other designs.

Output is industry standard 4-20mA (2 wire) and HART protocol is included both for set up and output of values.
Inbuilt diagnostic software enables the user to map an installation to filter out echoes from in-tank obstacles to ensure accurate measurement.
