Hydrostatic Tank Contents Gauge

Hydrostatic Tank Contents Gauge

The Hydrostatic Contents Gauge (HCG) series offers a continuous and reliable readout of tank contents without requiring external power, batteries, or hand pumps. Designed for simplicity and efficiency, it is an economical solution that is easy to install and maintain.

The holding tank gauge system operates by transferring hydrostatic pressure from the tank’s diaphragm via an inert gas-filled capillary to the external indicator, which is scaled and calibrated to your tank’s dimensions for precise readings.

Customisable to Your Needs

• Flexible Capillary Lengths – Available up to 20 metres for external sensors, with a protective stainless-braided oversheath for internal sensors.
• Versatile Sensor Connection Options – Choose from flanged, threaded, running-nut, or submersible designs.
• Tailored Calibration – Each unit comes pre-calibrated to match your tank dimensions, ensuring seamless set-up.

Marine-Approved and Versatile

• Compatible with Marine Fluids – Built to handle fuel oil, seawater, bilge waste, and more.
• Type Approved for Marine Duty – Certified by BV and DNV marine authorities for use in Zone 0 hazardous areas.
• Flexible Indicator Placement – Install the gauge above or below the sensor datum level as needed.
