Specific terms of supply may be defined on a per contract basis and the following clarifications are provided..

Equipment Warranty

Standard warranty is 1 year from date of delivery to the customer. Within this period, items for which warranty is claimed must be returned to PSM for examination and validation of the claim. Costs for return of the item will be covered by PSM using their appointed courier service.

Extended warranties may be agreed on an per contract basis. Irrespective of the agreed duration of any warranty, shipping costs for items returned in support of a claim after the initial standard 1 year period has expired are to be borne by the customer.

Where PSM or our approved subcontractor are engaged as part of the contract to provide commissioning of the equipment and subject to our attending engineer signing off the installation as fully in accordance with our recommendations and guidance, the warranty on equipment will be extended to 3 years from delivery. Costs of any return items for warranty claims within this period will be assigned as defined above.

Late Payment

Where credit terms for payment is included within a contract, payment in full should be received strictly within the agreed terms.

PSM’s standard payment term is 30 days from date of invoice and may be varied by agreement of both parties for specific contracts.

Overdue payments will accrue interest at the rate of 15% APR of the outstanding balance, compounded and calculated on a daily basis.
