APT 500 Series Marine Tank Level Transmitter
Marine type approved tank level transmitter by DNV-GL and fully certified for use in Hazardous Areas under ATEX and IECEx, the APT 500 Series provides a rugged, cost-effective, and reliable solution for the harsh Marine environment. A choice of construction materials and wide pressure range ensures compatibility with all ship-board duties.
Our APT500 tank level transmitter employs an advanced MEMS piezo sensor to provide high accuracy, with excellent repeatability and long-term stability. The sensor is fully temperature compensated to remove any thermally introduced errors between 0°C to 70°C.
The tank level transducer body is an all welded construction suitable for continuous submersion and is offered in a choice of corrosion resistant materials to ensure compatibility with all shipboard fluids.
A choice of mounting options and adapters provide complete installation flexibility for the marine liquid level transmitter. A factory sealed cable is supplied with a heavy-duty outer sheath of cross-linked polymers, suitable for continuous immersion in seawater, fuels and hydrocarbons.
The APT 500 liquid level transmitter is supplied factory calibrated to the user’s requirements and can be specified with calibration from 1 Metre WG to 40 Bar. Both Gauge pressure and Absolute pressure versions are offered.
