I joined PSM in 2024 as a Test Engineer, bringing with me many years of experience in electronics manufacturing. My role involves final configuration, testing and inspection, as well as working closely with the project team to carry out full system testing and Factory Acceptance Tests alongside our military customers.
I am also involved in product development and performance testing, including accelerated life cycle and process validation projects.
Before joining PSM, I completed my Master’s degree in Marketing with a specialisation in Advertising at the University of Katowice.
Outside of work, I have always had a strong passion for dance. From an early age, I attended various classes, from folk dancing (including the traditional Polonaise) to ballroom styles such as waltz and salsa. These days, I love keeping active with Zumba, aqua aerobics, and swimming.
Another lifelong passion of mine is sailing. I obtained my sea helmsman licence at just 15, sailing over 1,200 nautical miles across Polish lakes, the Baltic Sea, and European waters. Sailing taught me not only discipline and teamwork, but also the importance of making quick, accurate decisions, skills that I continue to apply in my work today.
